The filling of the 400 gsm winter quilt, doona is designed with two internal layers of 200 gsm of pure fine merino wool, grown on Kangaroo Island, Australia. The two internal 200 gsm layers creates an air pocket to optimise the quilt's thermal performance. This quilt is lighter than traditional winter weight wool quilts yet has excellent thermal ratings plus an outstanding warmth to weight ratio.

The Sanctuary Merino 400 quilt is ideal for mild winters and cooler climates and those sleepers who need extra warmth without the weight of heavy wool quilts or blankets.

The Sanctuary Merino wool 400 quilts are covered with a superfine 100% Cotton sateen fabric, exclusively designed for Kangaroo Island Wool. This quilt range has our innovative UltraSoft internal stitching design thus improving the quilt's softness and warmth. This quilt looks amazing on your bed. No unsightly stitch lines, just pure luxury!

The outer superfine Cotton cover of the Sanctuary Merino quilt is a lightly dyed beautiful “champagne” colour and complimented with matching three piece satin binding trim. A touch of luxury that is unique to all of our quilt ranges.

Each of our products has a care label sewn onto it which details the recommended care instructions of the product.

PLEASE strictly follow the care instructions to properly clean the product, maintain its quality and performance. Failure to do so can cause the quilt, to be severely damaged and destroyed. We will not consider or accept any quality guarantee claim unless our care instructions have been followed.

In general, the care instructions that we recommend are regular fluffing up and outside airing on a warm sunny day.

If required your quilt, can be dry cleaned, P40. Please talk with your dry cleaner to make sure that they understand what they are cleaning. If you have it dry cleaned, please thoroughly air afterwards.

Do not allow the quilt, to become damp or wet.

DO NOT MACHINE WASH ANY OF OUR QUILTS - THEY WILL BE PERMANENTLY DAMAGED.
